The Game Changers explores the benefits of plant-based diets for athletic performance and health. It follows James Wilks, an elite special forces trainer, as he interviews scientists and top-tier vegan athletes—including strongmen, bodybuilders, and UFC fighters—to debunk the myth that meat is necessary for strength and protein.
