Bonfire Night Social
🥳 Social Event: Build Connections & Community
Join us for a relaxing and fun gathering focused on strengthening our community. Social events are essential for growing our movement, connecting with fellow activists, and ensuring that advocacy remains sustainable and enjoyable. Whether you're new to the group or a long-time member, come meet new people, share ideas, and recharge in a friendly, supportive environment.
📍 Event Info
Join us for our annual Bonfire Night - an evening of autumn vibes as we gather around the bonfire, listen to music, eat hearty plant-based food, say hello to the sanctuary residents, toast marshmallows, and connect with likeminded vegans.
* We do not built the bonfire in advance to make sure no wildlife hide inside and there is never any fireworks.*
- This is a family-friendly event and all ages are welcome. Unfortunately we have to say no to bringing companion animals.
- Noo Beginnings sanctuary is wheelchair accessible.
- We will be providing chilli with jacket potato and/or rice, as well as tea and coffee. We would appreciate a donation towards the cost of this, if you are in a position to do so. If we are fortunate enough to cover a good amount of the cost, the remaining money will be donated to Noo Beginnings.
- Please bring a mug for hot drinks and feel free to bring any other vegan snacks, treats, and drinks that you would like.
- Please RSVP so the organizer can plan the venue, space, and activities accordingly.
- Before this social, there is a big activism event in Canterbury town, link here:
