FOREST BATHING; HOSTED BY "AWAKENING EMPATHY

🌱 Social Event: Forest Bathing.

Join us for a powerful and grounded experience focused on healing the trauma we carry as animal activists.

Whether you're new to the group or a long-time member, come meet new people, share ideas, and recharge with the trees at Stockhill Wood.

What to expect; We will be meeting in the carpark at 11am.. unfortunately the powers that be have placed ticket machines in there now so expect a small fee 😞 its heart breaking that we have to pay to see the trees now. (There's a small layby further down the Rd, you can park for free so first come first served)

You will need to come weather prepared .. definitely wellies.. possible raincoat if raining.. a notepad and pen.. you'll also need a packed lunch and a drink.

We will begin by getting comfy in a large mossy dip in the earth.. there will be specifically chosen Norse music, along with the use of a 22 inch Remo drum and other shamanic instruments. Sacred smoke and healing tools.

We will be participating in grounding exercises and group visualisation, meditation and reconnecting to ourselves.

These sessions are designed to shift any stagnant or blocked energy within our fields.. allowing for more clarity and motivation.
