The We The Free Constellation Model of Leadership

Redefining Leadership

What leadership means to us

We The Free has introduced the Constellation Model of Leadership, a framework that reflects how our volunteers, organizers, and support teams work together. The model views the movement as a connected constellation where every role has importance and direction, balancing local autonomy with shared guidance and care. This approach builds on our earlier experiences and creates a structure that supports safety, consistency, and long-term growth. You can read the full explanation of the Constellation Model in our article here.

So, if you're not already part of the action, jump in now!

“I chose to work with WTF because of their (literally) measured and non-confrontational approach. Specifically, their 3MMC is one of the most powerful and effective tools I have witnessed and I never cease to be heartened by watching a seasoned omnivore's shock at the revelation of how the animals they eat have been brutally treated.”
