✊Solidarity Day: New York 2026✊

Solidarity Day aims to create a nationwide network of activists joining forces on the first weekend of August each year. This collective day of action serves as a powerful platform to raise awareness about animal exploitation and advocate for veganism. By participating, you are contributing to what could be the largest animal advocacy event of the year!

For our New York gathering, we are focusing our energy on an impactful two-part event: powerful speeches followed by a highly visual form of outreach known as "The Choice."

🎤 What We Are Doing: Speeches & "The Choice"

We will kick off the gathering with inspiring speeches to ground our team and draw a crowd. Following the speeches, we will transition into "The Choice" outreach setup.

We will display two large projector screens side-by-side:

• Screen 1: Displays the grim, hidden realities of standard slaughterhouse practices.
• Screen 2: Displays peaceful, uplifting footage of rescued animals living in sanctuaries.
• The Centerpiece: Right between the screens, a sign will simply read: "The choice is yours."

This stark visual contrast is an incredibly effective way to grab the public's attention, evoke empathy, and spark meaningful conversations about animal rights. • Materials: No need to bring anything — all materials, projector screens, and signs will be provided. Just show up!
• Dress Code: Please avoid wearing animal-derived clothing or vegan slogans to preserve the element of surprise and maximize the visual impact for the public.
